*All families interested in enrolling at MTLPS must visit for a tour or open house prior to registration and enrollment.*

Admissions Process and Registration

  • Classroom placement is assigned for a full academic year (August-May) based on age as of September 1.

  • Program options:

    • 1 Year: 2 days per week schedule

    • 2 Years: 2-5 day schedule choice

    • 3 Years-PreK: 3, 4, or 5-day schedule choice

  • We do register students mid-year dependent age-based classroom availability.

  • In order to keep the best consistency for our classrooms, enrollments after January will only be accepted if a family plans to return the following academic year.

Midwinter/Spring Registration for upcoming academic year:

  • Schedule a tour and visit us or attend an Open House.

  • Register child(ren) and submit fee by March 31st.

  • Remit deposit - 10% tuition - by May 1st. Non-refundable after June 15th.

  • Communication in May and June of enrollment status and schedule placement. Orientation materials sent early August.

Registration during the academic school year (after August start date) or after midwinter/spring registration closes (ie. summer):

  • Schedule a tour and visit us or attend an Open House.

  • Register child(ren).

  • Submit registration fee AND one of the following:

    • Tuition in full or one of split payments

    • 10% tuition deposit and 1 month’s tuition

    Acceptance/enrollment status is communicated to the family and the start date is decided by the director to maintain the best consistency for the current students and teachers of the classroom. (Typical start time after a tour and registration, is 1-2 weeks.)

  • ALL forms and vaccination records are due prior to child’s start date.

  • Deposits and fees are non-refundable.

After you register online, the director will confirm receipt via email and invoice your account the $75 registration fee which you can pay online through the main page of this account. We will confirm the information via email.
